He tries to surround himself with the best, including cigars. That's why he needed one of my creations to keep them in.
This humidor is a desktop model, but with the lines of a travel humidor. The overall size came out to about twelve by sixteen by about eight inches deep. Another interesting choice was the campaign handles, which don't protrude like the other handles. The lower frame and lid was constructed of wavy-grained Redwood. I found a piece of this about a years ago, and haven't seen a similar grain since. He was lucky enough to contact me when he did, because it really was an outstanding selection for that size humidor(examine the grain, and how it follows itself around the sides and into the top -- incredible). The lid insert is a beautiful piece of Carpathian Elm burl, a very tightly-woven pattern with rich browns, tans, and reds.
He needed a removable tray, so he got one. He uses it to keep loose cigars in, and to pass around. The bottom of the humidor is for bulk storage. The humidifiers are Credo, and recessed into the lid to provide more room for cigar storage.
